If you are a business interested in collaborating with Black Men Hike, as a best practice, we kindly ask that you ensure your project aligns with our mission and doesn't seek to gain from black voices and the black experience without contributing to it. Black Men Hike and its participants do not work for free, in exchange for social media promotion, or the like.
There has been a long and ugly history in this country, and across the African diaspora, of companies preying upon black persons, communities, and businesses for profit. Black Men Hike seeks to be an agent of change, and it begins with how and when we choose to work together.
